That is exactly what our June retreat is all about.

In June, just ten women will step into a beautiful home in the Hope Valley, surrounded by quiet hills, soft light and the kind of stillness you can feel in your chest. For four days we rest, reconnect and rebuild. I am partnering with Jane Deville Almond for this experience and together we are guiding a small circle of women through a retreat that is calm, nourishing and deeply supportive.

Imagine arriving at The Cattle Shed, a home that feels peaceful the moment you step inside. The views stretch across the valley. The pace slows. Your shoulders drop without you even trying. This is the moment most women tell us they finally feel like they can breathe again.

This is not a retreat where you are one of fifty. It is a gathering of ten women. Ten stories. Ten journeys. Ten private rooms where you can sleep, rest and settle without distraction. It is a retreat created for the woman whose heart is saying I need space. I need connection. I need to feel like myself again.

Over our four days together you will experience practices that replenish your body and reset your mind. Gentle yoga. Morning meditation. Gratitude journaling. Guided walks that take you through some of the most beautiful parts of the Peak District. Workshops that help you understand yourself more fully including personality profiling and habit transformation sessions designed especially for midlife women.

You will be nourished with wholesome meals. You will have quiet corners to sit and unwind. You will have moments of laughter with women who simply understand. And you will have the steady support of two women who genuinely care about your wellbeing. Jane brings a lifetime of experience in health and is the founder of the British Obesity Society, she brings positive behaviour  in wellness, habit change and compassionate guidance. I bring my work in coaching, yoga, nutrition and habit transformation. Together we create a space where you can feel safe, grounded and held.

What I love most about this retreat is the feeling women leave with. Clear. Rested. Lighter in their body. Stronger in their decisions. More connected to who they truly are. They arrive tired or stretched thin. They leave with a softness in their face and a spark in their energy. That shift is real.
