With experience across yoga, fitness, nutrition, and coaching, my work has evolved to support women navigating midlife changes. I specialise in helping women over 40 feel stronger, more energised, and more confident in their bodies without extremes or overwhelm.

Hi, I’m Jane Deville Almond—an Independent Nurse Consultant and respected leader within the British Obesity Society. My passion lies in helping women improve their health through evidence based guidance, compassionate support, and practical solutions that genuinely fit their lives.
With decades of clinical experience in obesity, metabolic health, and long term weight management, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting women who feel overwhelmed, confused, or unsupported in their health journey. I believe every woman deserves access to clear, trustworthy, and achievable guidance, especially during midlife when the body begins to change in ways that can feel frustrating or unexpected.
In my work, I combine clinical expertise with a human touch. Women don’t just need information. They need clarity, confidence, and a plan that makes sense for their unique body and lifestyle.

For 40 years, the idea of stepping into a gym never crossed my mind. Fitness? That was for other people. But when I finally took that first step, everything changed.

My body became more toned, my flexibility improved dramatically, and my confidence grew. Yoga became my sanctuary, and for the past three years, it has been a powerful part of my journey to lasting health and wellness.
