Hi, I’m Monica Rafiq, a Certified Menopause, Nutrition, and Weight Loss Management Coach and founder of Fitness Inspiration for Women—a space created from my own years of trial, growth, and deep desire to help women feel strong, supported, and inspired at every stage of life. After experimenting with endless nutrition plans and movement styles, it was the combination of functional fitness, hormone-smart eating, and mindful yoga that truly changed everything for me. It wasn’t about pushing harder—it was about moving smarter.

With her calm presence and expert guidance, Rosita brings over a decade of yoga experience to help you stretch, strengthen, and reconnect with your body in the most beautiful, balanced way.

I created this platform with one goal in mind: helping women find balance, energy, and strength through movement, no matter how busy life gets.

With 3 years of experience in yoga, 5 years in fitness, and qualifications as a certified NLP and Life Coach, I’ve recently expanded my expertise to support women navigating midlife changes. As a certified Menopause, Nutrition, and Weight Loss Management Coach, I specialize in guiding women over 40 to feel strong, energized, and confident in their bodies again.

My approach is sustainable, time-efficient, and always tailored to your needs—because wellness should fit your life, not the other way around.
