Hi, I’m Monica Rafiq, a Certified Menopause, Nutrition, and Weight Loss Management Coach and founder of Fitness Inspiration for Women. This space was created from my own years of trial, growth, and a deep desire to help women feel strong, supported, and inspired at every stage of life. After experimenting with endless nutrition plans and movement styles, it was the combination of functional fitness, hormone smart eating, and mindful yoga that truly changed everything for me. It wasn’t about pushing harder. It was about moving smarter.

Jane De-Ville Almond, is an independent Nurse Consultant and a leader within the British Obesity Society, she brings a powerful blend of clinical expertise and compassionate care. With extensive experience supporting women through weight management and metabolic health, she helps bridge the gap between evidence based practice and real life change. Jane’s insight ensures that every woman in our community feels safe, informed, and fully supported on her journey.

Rosita Lapinskaiter, our informed Fitness Specialist, brings years of experience in movement education and women’s health. Her supportive approach helps women build confidence, strength, and better body awareness through accessible, effective fitness practices. Rosita understands the realities of midlife bodies and meets every woman exactly where she is.

Together, we’re here to guide you, cheer you on, and remind you what’s possible no matter your age or starting point.

As a certified Menopause, Nutrition, and Weight Loss Management Coach, I specialize in guiding women over 40 to feel strong, energized, and confident in their bodies again.
