Monica Rafiq
Monica is a Certified Menopause Coach, Nutrition and Weight Loss Specialist and NLP Practitioner dedicated to helping women feel strong, confident and deeply supported in midlife and beyond.
With 15 years in pharmaceuticals and healthcare, she brings a strong understanding of how the body works, how women’s hormones shift over time and what truly supports long term wellbeing. Her own personal journey through countless fitness trends led her to discover the powerful blend of functional movement, mindful yoga and smart, nourishing nutrition. It was this combination that transformed her energy, strength and mindset.
Monica helps to simplify health, building confidence and guiding women through sustainable habit change. Her approach is calm, relatable and encouraging, helping every woman reconnect with her body, her routines and her inner balance. She has supported women through the challenges of weight gain, burnout, fluctuating hormones and low motivation.
Her coaching style blends practical science with genuine care. She creates uplifting spaces where women feel seen, heard and understood and where they can move forward with renewed clarity and strength.
Jane De-Ville Almond
Jane Deville Almond is an independent nurse consultant and wellbeing expert with a lifelong passion for helping people create meaningful change. As the founder of the British Obesity Society, she has become a trusted voice in national conversations around health, frequently called upon by the media for insight and commentary.
Her background spans behaviour change, community health and obesity management, and she brings innovation into every corner of her work. Her career has taken her into unexpected places from barbershops to truck stops to Harley Davidson showrooms, meeting people exactly where they are and helping them shift their lives with practical, compassionate guidance.
Jane has worked with national and global organisations including Royal Mail, BT, the MOD and Arriva, and she has trained healthcare professionals across the UK, Europe, Bermuda and the Far East. Her expertise and influence have made her widely recognised as a leader in her field, with published articles, awards and regular BBC radio appearances to her name.
And yet, what stands out most is her warmth. Her ability to make every woman feel safe, supported and understood is what makes her such a grounding and powerful presence.
