Once your payment is successfully completed, your retreat place and Valley Room will be confirmed.

Your Retreat Includes

Four days and three nights in a welcoming home from home, with your own private en suite Valley Room.

All retreat workshops, meditation sessions, guided practices and walks through the beautiful Peak District.

Nourishing meals, healthy snacks and refreshments throughout your stay.

Warm, personal support from Monica and Jane, in an intimate group of no more than ten women.

A small selection of wines will be available to purchase separately if you would like a glass with dinner.
